Return Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, opened slime products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Eligible for return:

  • • Unopened, unused slimes in original sealed packaging
  • • Faulty or defective items (with proof)
  • • Incorrect items sent in error
  • • Items not as described (material defects only)

Not eligible for return:

  • • Opened, used, or tampered with slimes
  • • Items damaged by customer misuse or neglect
  • • Custom or personalized orders (unless faulty)
  • • Returns requested after 14 calendar days
  • • Items without proof of purchase

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using tracked delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To report a faulty item:

  • • Contact us within 30 days of receipt
  • • Provide clear photos of the defect
  • • Describe the issue in detail
  • • Include your order number and purchase date

We will assess your claim and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please note: issues caused by improper storage, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Terms:

  • • Product cost only (original shipping not refunded)
  • • Items must be returned in saleable condition
  • • Refunds subject to inspection on receipt
  • • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for damaged returns
